Before you can get an interview, you have to go through their online assessments, which starts with a few scenario-based questions and statements about yourself that you "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree" with. (Be advised that they give you many agree/disagree statements that are actually the same statement worded differently, and I bet they are heavily checking whether your responses to those are consistent!) Then, you have to do these math and logic questions that eventually become quite difficult. I recommend having a paper and pencil handy for the ones with the shapes and the one where you have to remember the order of dots that appear. I know of several people who were instantly rejected after taking these cognitive tests, so do them when you're focused! In total there were three interviews, each of which were similar to the others. I think they were all one-on-one for me. The second one was with the engineering manager who I would have worked under, and the third one was with a director of engineering. They ask pretty basic questions that mostly revolve around your prior experiences and attitudes about the workplace. If you haven't had any type of engineering internship before, you might have trouble because I thought a lot of them wouldn't be easy to answer based only off of university experiences.

Questions were asked in CAR format about previous internship experiences. The interviewer needed great detail on the situation of each questions and why certain decisions were made. Interviewers were take a lot of notes on responses while the interview was conducted.
