I appreciated that they were more interested in how I approached the analysis rather than expecting perfect answers. The final interview was with the hiring manager and team members. They were welcoming and took time to describe the projects the team works on, the tools they use, and how the role contributes to detecting and preventing financial crime. Overall, the process felt fair and engaging. Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers created a comfortable environment that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Primer filtro - RH te pregunta sobre tu experiencia profesional y tu nivel de inglés (en la vacante no decía nada sobre un nivel mínimo requerido) Segundo filtro - Estrevista en inglés con una persona de la India y otra de USA, ambos eran parte del equipo que requeria el puesto. Me hicieron preguntas técnicas y sobre las herramientas que uso.
