Took two weeks, two rounds of the typical behavioral questions: One with HR and one with a Consultant - no case for the purpose of an internship because they're not looking for experience but more of logical process of thought. Had to take reading, math, and logical SHL testing.
Have to pass the online psychometric tests then have to do online recorded interview with a couple questions. The normal expected questions for interviews. Would recommend to have good commercial awareness and info on recent projects.

The process included an online assessment and a virtual interview; it wasn’t difficult, but the test didn’t accurately reflect the role I was applying for, which felt slightly misleading overall.
the interview process was not too bad, it consisted of an online assessment and then a video online assessment where I had to record myself answering 4 different competency based questions.
