Came on board for a freelance job and so there was a trial period before a permalance position was offered on a project basis. Its been 2.5 years and I still haven't been offered a full time position, the projects have been non stop and the work has been relentless.

There wasn't really a set of questions asked. Since there was a trial period so they got to try me out for a project before committing to me.
Fairly smooth and easy process. I applied online and within 3 days I received an email setting up a phone screening for the following week. Phone screen was short and sweet. The following week I went into the office for the personal interview. I met with 4 people ranging in job titles and lasted about two about 2 hours total.
