Also, on the two separate occasions where I went into HQ for interview rounds, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said “RUN.” I was disappointed when this happened, although everything I observed and experienced confirmed that I should have walked out when I heard it the first time - believing God had another means of getting my wife and I out to Nashville. And He did!

I've applied and interviewed for two positions now at Ramsey and my experiences were both almost identical. First interview went very well and I had high expectations and anticipation. I was made aware of all details around the lengthy interview time-frame and communication was very good. The recruiters that I spoke with were both optimistic and indicated a time-frame from which I could expect to hear back. Follow-up after the interview lagged. I missed one call from the recruiter (not a scheduled call) in the most recent application, and I returned that call within 15 minutes. I left a voicemail. Then I left subsequent voicemails once a week for about a month. I sent subsequent emails as well. I never received a response back. From the first instance, over a month later I was notified that the recruiter no longer worked for Ramsey Solutions. Still no response from the second one, I stopped leaving messages after a month. I've spoken with others who have had almost identical experiences with Ramsey. The consensus is that they must have an overworked recruiting staff because people reflect that it is a great place to work, but takes some time and effort to get in the door.
