When I applied for the Quality Engineer position at Bosch, the process began with submitting my resume and cover letter. I was then contacted for a brief phone screening to discuss my qualifications. This was followed by an in-depth virtual interview focusing on my experience with quality control processes and problem-solving skills. I was given a task to analyze a case study and present my findings. After successfully completing this, I had a second interview with the hiring manager and a senior engineer, where we discussed my fit within the team and company culture. Finally, they contacted my references, and I received a job offer, which I accepted, leading to the onboarding process.

The interview started with introduction of yourself. Then came the questions on projects done and previous internship. More on experience with what have learn thru the process of internship and projects done

They asked me about my previous work experience as an intern, why did I wanted a different job than my internship. They also asked about me and my hobbies. They talked with me in english as it is a second language for me.
