O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Robert Bosch (Bengaluru) em jun. de 2012

had couple of telephonic interviews before being called for face to face. Was made to wait for nearly 2 hours. Initial confusion around profile match. and had to meet different Delivery heads. at end of interview I was told that they are looking for embedded system back ground and they wont be able to do justice to my profile(the person who interviewed me in phone was present in face to face meeting). It was loss of 1 day for me as they could have very well told this during telephonic interview as I highlighted the same.
I dont think this company respects peoples time
It was a regular interview process: first call with HR representative, then a technical interview with the manager of the team and then a final discussion where the entire offer was presented and the conclusion of the interview.

I analyzed the BOM for all oxygen sensor variants, mapping each component by cost, complexity, and supplier. I reviewed the supplier footprint across Germany, Czech Republic, China, and India, factoring in logistics lead times and landed costs. Using supplier cost breakdowns (materials, labor, overhead, tooling), I built comparative cost models to identify savings levers. This analysis highlighted localization opportunities and guided supplier consolidation and platform standardization.

Pretty straightforward, 4 stage interview.
Phone call, On line, In Person, On line.
No silly games - didn't feel like an interview at all.
Process was well explained by the HR rep and I knew all the key dates. They were very helpful with transparency on timelines and role expectations.
