I had no prior manufacturing experience but was invited in for an interview as a machine operator. What they seemed to be really concerned about and what the better part of the interview revolved around was if I could handle the heavy amount of over time that came with the position. They reminded me several times throughout the interview that they have a high turnover rate due to most of the temps they hire and some of their actual employees not being able to deal with the overtime. They seemed like very nice people and answered all of my questions throughly in a very positive and upbeat manner. At the end of the interview, I was offered a machine operator position on 2nd shift and was taken on a tour of the building I would be working in. All in all I enjoyed the interview and touring the facility. They seemed very nice and knowledgeable.
