Total descaso no processo seletivo. Após segunda entrevista, aguardei uma semana para o avanço do processo. Como não recebi notícias, perguntei a recrutadora pelo whatsapp. Fui ignorada. Perguntei mais uma ves se teria feedback sobre a vaga e de novo, ignorada.

Had one round of an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a department member. The hiring manager kept focusing on issues I encountered during my career and kept questioning why I left my previous roles even if when I was there for an average tenure. It felt more like a cross-examination rather than an interview. The other questions were fairly standard around the projects I worked on, my experience dealing with system integration and development etc. Didn't hear back about the interview until about a month later where one of the interviewers reached out to ask for my university transcript for their review even though I had 4 years of working experience then. I acceded to the request and provided the required documents. Said interviewer proceeded to ghost me thereafter. It's my opinion they could have conducted the interview process in a much more professional manner.

It was comprehensive, with details about the job, responsabilities and every day tasks. I was asked about the road map, being a proxy PM and how Does priorirization work. People seem willing to help.
