Pretty quick interveiw process since I've worked with most of them while serving in the Navy. We instructed together at, so the process was rather quick and easy. The process is straight to the point not a bunch of life question about family, they want to know if you can do the job.

Straight forward and no games. Simple questions that were not unexpected. Hiring manager was nice and well organized, very friendly. Good and consistent communication from the recruiter through entire hiring process
