Employee referral. Was called in for interview with head of department, and 4 others. Asked a round of questions pertaining to field. No questions were out of scope, but difficult if you were trying to wing it.

Applied online and received an email to schedule a phone call. There was one phone screening followed by an in person interview to meet the team and see the workplace.

Submitted resume on website. Received a phone call a few days later to setup a phone interview. The interview call took about an hour. It consisted of questions from a panel made up of the hiring supervisor, area lead, and an HR rep.

I applied for a position with SAIC, I was contacted first by an HR representative to schedule a phone interview. The hiring manager was in California, I was in Virginia, so a face-to-face was not possible.
