Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fui entrevistado pela SAP (Alpharetta, GA) em mai. de 2026
Entrevista
3 stages for me: First, a 15 minute behavioral interview where they just get to know you. Then, a panel interview with other speakers. Lastly, a sales pitch followed by mock cold calling.
Several interviews, all very relaxed, asked some behavioral questions but nothing too crazy, they were all very nice and kind, talked about my experience in sales and how it was relevant

Entrevista
Pros
- Short (only 2 rounds, first with team manager and second with a panel).
- Task wasn't hard or too time-consuming
Cons
- Expected a lot more product knowledge than expected for an entry-level job, particularly as their competitives didn't ask me to go into nearly as much detail as they did. For example, during the task, they asked which solution specifically I would recommend.
- It felt like the BTP manager was more interested in my product knowledge than sales skills which again I found unusual as you can teach knowledge but you can't teach skills
- It came to time without me asking my questions and the manager said "we have to jump on another call but if you want to ask questions now is the time". I offered to follow up in email but he refused so I asked two questions and then they cut me off.
- Panel included a current SDR who clearly wasn't paying attention the entire time and had no questions or input for me so not sure why she was there
- They use an AI HR bot to send you confirmation emails
Perguntas de entrevista [1]
Pergunta 1
- What do you know about BTP?
- Who are BTP competitors?
- The task is a running an intro call with a board of directors where one of them plays "the bad guy", as they called it, and one of them plays "the good guy" and "the bad guy" basically just drills you with question. Honestly surreal experience for a minimum wage job
