Gespräch mit 2 Personen. Befragung von Hintergrundwissen bzgl. der Jobbeschreibung. Das Unternehmen wurde vorgestellt und potentielle Aufgaben besprochen. Der Arbeitgeber fragte nach Qualifikationen, vorherige Arbeitgeber wurden besprochen und wie die persönliche Entwicklung gesehen wird. Gehaltsvorstellungen wurden kurz diskutiert und der Aufbau des Unternehmens ausgiebig bedacht. Fangfragen gab es keine.

Entrevista
Applied through internet after few days SAP called in and got an interview with them. three interviewers and three interviewees at the same time. After the interview second round of interview where you have to give a presentation for executives. Got an offer few days after the presentation.
Total of 3 interviews.
- The first one from an HR recruiter, stating some basic information about the position.
- The second one from a colleague who is working in a similar position, but with higher rank, who asks you about your former experience
- The third one from your future manager, who will tell you some detailed aspects of the dayly work
SAP is usually fairly structured in their hiring from campus. They like to get to know the graduate students…and look at their personalities not just their technical skills. They like to see your academics as well as how you were involved in leadership roles while on campus.
