I was contacted by an SAP talent recruiter and then they set up a series of phone interviews. I Went through two rounds of interviews. They said they would get back to me in a week and it turned into months. The first was a general personality interview and the second was more focused on skills. Both were pretty standard, professional interviews (all done on the phone).
