Entrevista
A few months after I applied on the website, I was contacted by SAP do a phone interview, where I was asked questions both in english and spanish. Afterwards I had a personal interview with my future manager at the SAP office. Then a salary proposal was sent for the position I applied and we agreed on a stating day to work. The whole process took 1 month after I was first contacted.

Entrevista
It was smooth, I really liked the interview and end up sad for not being chosen. The team seems very friendly and very talented in their area. The questions were very specifics but I thing the exigency was according to the demands of the job.

I had 3 interviews. first was a "Get to know", second was technical with the hiring manager, third was personal at the HQ.The interviewers asked about the previous projects I have implemented and focused mainly on technical skills, e.g. table names and debugging skills.

Entrevista
Was invited for a screening call in a week, and then complete silence for a couple of months before being invited for an interview. The interviewer said they will set up a second round of interviews, but a couple of weeks later rejected my application when I followed up.
