Phone call, then follow up with two guys. After the interview they said "one of three things will happen". They would either call me and tell me I have this position, recommend me for another team, or they would call and tell me that I didn't get the position. I was never contacted by them again. I sent a follow up email to hiring resource manager and they said that they would get back to me, but nothing. Really unprofessional.

There will be 2 rounds. The first one is a technical interview with one engineer and the second a panel interview with engineers. The technical interview was 30 minutes long and basically consists of technical questions, with topic from networking to linux and database.
