The scheduling of interviews is all automated which speeds up the process. A recruiter reached out and I was setup to do a prescreen interview with the hiring manager a Director and then with another Manager. Both interviews went well and then I had a onsite interview with 4 people. There was a presentation they had me put together to sell a product which I did fine as I have conducted presentations before. There were 2 VPs attendees as well. The group meeting was well coordinated. I think SAP is a great company but what happened after the interview is a mystery. The hiring manager said he would get back to me that Friday. It's been 3 weeks and no response and the status of the role still says in process. This hiring manager is strange. Considering the time spent on the presentation and the gas, toll & parking expenses in SF, a response should have been provided by the recruiter who was punctual. Very discourteous & strange! They appear indecisive. I stopped paying attention.

The process started with a call from a recruiter. General HR questions. This was followed up by a bootcamp day at the SAP headquarters. We were 5 people and there was only 1 position available. We got a customercase to solve and to recommend a SAP solution at the end of the day to the client (presentation). Focus was more on how you handle tough questions from the "customer" and not on your knowledge of SAP. During the day you also have 3 interviews with hiring managers.
