SAP Ariba Palo Alto Campus
Initially was contacted by HR after applying online.
Telephonic round went fine, mainly Java/Data Structure, conceptual, Resume based technical questions, company/product overview. At the end of phone interview was called for onsite by the interviewer.
Onsite: Overall onsite went fine. (Duration was around 4 hours). Each interviewer focused on different areas like coding skills, scenario based problem solving, automation frameworks, Resume. I had white board coding exercise 5 programs, coding part went well, for one of the program did only half portion. For scenario based coding did complete most of the segment(Test framework design and code, applying multiThreading for verification, function definition of main transaction and interaction with TestFramework etc).
Feedback phase:
After spending half a day for onsite interview and taking a day off, any candidate would expect feedback/response. HR was the only point of contact as told by Hiring team. HR did not provided any feedback for email or phone call. Being a reputed company, I was not expecting such outcome where no response is given after on-site interview.
I had accepted offer from other Technology leader (one of Fortune 100) company.
