Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa SAP (San Ramon, CA).
Entrevista
Applied online, phone interview and in person case study interview in Bay Area. Great experience overall, no follow up after interview, was explicitly told would receive feedback afterwards. During in person case study they break you up into groups and have you present an SAP solution. they are looking to see if you can work with your team, generate ideas and have presentation skills. Knowledge of SAP is really not needed but some understanding of what the company offers is always a plus. Remember how you interact with your teammates and judge yourself, you will be asked to reflect on how you did.

Applied in November and had a phone screen conversation. Recruiter was very transparent that the timeline would be a few months until the SAP bootcamp. During the phone screen she explained about the role and interview process.
Throughout the experience SAP held a Virtual Job Fair that was an incredible way to learn about the company and the Sales Academy. I highly recommend going as a network opportunity. After that, I didn’t hear from my recruiter for a few months. I genuinely didn’t know if I was still in the interview process and would check my SAP candidate profile weekly. I received an email in early February about the Bootcamp being at the end of the month.
SAP Bootcamp is a day where you do a case study about finding the best SAP product/solution for your client. The entire day was about working together on a team and what role you play for the team you are working on. It is meant to be fun! My advice would be to do some research ahead of time about customer success stories for different products and have some written down. Also, write down questions you may ask a client in a meeting to find out more about their company, business, goals and challenges.
