The interview process was very automated with little human contact until the actual Interview itself.
The recruiter that I had been in touch with seemed to change role throughout the process and so I ended up dealing with a few different people in recruitment.
I think I did 3/4 interviews in total with the same interviewers. The interviews themselves were pleasant and straightforward and the interviewers were very nice and encouraging.
I was told I would hear back on a certain day whether I had been successful and over 2 weeks after this day, I got an automated email to say they had moved forward with another candidate. I thought this was disappointing as I knew I was in the final pool of candidates and so a personalised email with some feedback would have been very valuable to me. I did reach out for some feedback and just never got a response.

A recruiter initially reached out to me on LinkedIn regarding the opportunity and encouraged me to apply. After completing an interview with the hiring manager and a panel interview that included a case presentation, I was extended an offer.
During the offer discussion, I asked whether the compensation could be adjusted to better align with my current salary. The company responded with an increase, which I appreciated, and I reiterated my strong interest in the role.
As a follow-up, I asked generally whether a signing bonus might be available to help bridge the remaining compensation gap. I did not provide a specific amount or make any demands. Shortly after raising that question with the recruiter, I was informed that the offer was being revoked.

Very nice process, I really enjoyed it. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I felt the process really professional all along. The only thing is that you might have to have some patience, the process can take a long time (1-1.5 months)
