I applied in December and was invited for an online Skype interview in February. After successfully passing this I was invited to an assessment day with 17 other candidates (beware of SAP staff interviewing internally, on the day around half already worked at SAP). At the assessment centre we were split into teams and timed (to the second) to produce a proposal to eventually pitch to more senior staff.
