I did all the 4 rounds of the interview process including the home assignment that took me 2 hours to complete, made it to the last round and they ghosted me, even though it seemed that I qualify to all the necessary technical and educational requirements.

Straightforward based on your CV or Resume, prepare and be on time, interview is usually panel interview, Expect to be asked technical and situational questions. If you research and know common technology jargons from SAP products especially on SuccessFactors, the better. What they mean and how do they translate in the real world for clients.
