Phone interview followed by case study (simulation of real life scenario) requiring a PPT presentation , to be delivered through WebEx. The phone interview included questions requiring specific examples of situations where I had to set correct expectations for clients, where I had to "think out of the box" or where I successfully cooperated and negotiated with colleagues working on a project.
