This interview process was conducted in chennai-2015. It consists of 4 rounds. The first round is called as zeroth round and it is an online test. This online test consists of 4 segments: 1.Psychometric test(40 questions) 2.coding(1 question) 3.quands(4 questions) 4.reasoning(12 questions) 5.verbal ability(15 questions) (Above mentioned numbers are approximate) Then second round is face to face technical interview: This round they will check ur logical thinkjng and technical knowledge If you are non IT dept guy then they will concentrate on ur dept subject technical skills Definitely they will ask puzzles, if u crack that puzzle ur possiblity for next round will be high. So be prepared. Then third round is face to face techinal 2 interview: Here they will check ur programming and sql skills They never consider about your dept so non IT students should have to know about any programming language and sql queries And finally 4th round is HR: This is very normal But they figure out what are the things you have improve b/w the joining period and ask you to work on that.

They visited my campus recently there were 3 rounds first was OA which was held remotley and the next step is followed by interviews. There will be 2 rounds of interviews first round will be techinacal and second will be hr round.
