I had a very positive experience interviewing for the Enablement Associate Specialist position at Salesforce. The recruiter, Giovanni, was kind, professional, and supportive throughout the process. I also spoke with Ross (Enablement Manager) and Christopher (Senior Manager, Productivity), who made me feel very comfortable and truly listened to my answers. The questions focused on my background, teamwork, and motivation. The whole experience felt genuine and human. At the end of the interview, I even sang a short song for them, it was a light-hearted moment that made the conversation special and memorable. Although I wasn’t selected, I really appreciated how transparent and respectful the process was. Giovanni even offered to provide detailed feedback, which shows how much they value each candidate’s growth. Overall, it was a wonderful and inspiring experience that reflected Salesforce’s culture of kindness, collaboration, and positivity.
