Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Salesforce (Toronto, ON) em out. de 2011
Entrevista
I was contract for an HR Interview which was followed by 4 Telephone Interviews. The interviews were both technical, situational and informative. The interviewees seemed honest and open. I was then flown in to for a group/panel interview in Toronto ( was originally planned for Atlanta) where I was asked to present on a pre-selected topic. To my surprise, the group had some other expectation in terms of the content and material. Nevertheless, the panel interview was followed a couple of phone interviews. I have not heard from them since. Kindda unprofessional I think. I do want to mention that they did reimburse the Interview expenses 3 weeks following the trip to Toronto - the bank transfer fee.. :)... The recruitment process tells a lot about the company in general...
The interview process was structured, transparent, and genuinely engaging. Each stage highlighted thoughtful questions, collaborative problem-solving, and a clear vision for the role, leaving me impressed, energized, and confident in the team’s culture and long-term direction.

Went through 3 rounds of interviews over the course of 2 months. After being informed the team would love to have me join and that I would be a great fit, the job offer could not be given until they went through approvals. After 2 weeks, I finally followed up to be told by the recruiter that the job was now paused and not hiring. Unfortunately, the outcome was quite disappointing and unprofessional
