The hiring and interview process was incredibly fast, responsive and enjoyable. From start to finish it took about 3 weeks from getting contacted by the recruiter to receiving an offer. There were 2 short 30 min interviews with a senior researcher and then the director of UX Research. Both were able to answer specific questions about the organization and the work an intern might do. There were few technical questions which surprised me and focused more on behavioral questions. Both women I interviewed with were kind and interesting to speak with. The recruiter was also great, she was very responsive and gave me feedback throughout the process. I never felt like I did not know what was going on. Overall the process was very smooth and enjoyable. I ended up taking another offer only because it more closely aligned with my specific research interests, otherwise, I would have definitely taken their offer.

Process was quite smooth with a research challenge, portfolio round followed by multiple rounds of cross functional interviews. Research challenge was quite well prepared and really enjoyed solving it. Recruiter helped prepare for the interview with prep kit email which had info about the company and things to keep in mind (which I felt was a nice touch). Since I was coming from a different city, recruiter were also flexible about the date and provided multiple options.
