Brief call with recruiter. Next is a test then. Met with supervisor in person then met with a panel of three interviewers. Got a call about two weeks later with a job offer. Everyone is very personable.
They will ask about basic questions upon a resume. How strong are you in difficult situations? How do you deal with the team and General Knowledge questions? How did you hear about us? What is your ambition?
