The whole process was quick and professional. My recruiter and recruiting coordinator replied quickly to questions and made sure that I was prepared for each step of the process. After applying via employee referral, I was immediately contacted for a phone screen with a recruiter. I was invited to a phone call with the hiring manager a week later and invited for on-site interviews with about 4 other members of the team a week after that. I was given an interview prep package with information about the company and links to relevant news articles, videos, etc. that was super helpful before heading on-site. It definitely helped me prepare for the interviews. Each conversation I had was very conversational, but each person asked smart questions. It felt like they were both making sure I was a good fit for the job itself and the team/company. The culture of the company could easily be seen in every Salesforce employee I had contact with.
