Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Salesforce (Washington, DC) em fev. de 2018
Entrevista
I had 1 phone screening with the HR recruiter then three rounds of one-on-one Google Meet video chats with my would-be-future boss and other directors that I would work with. Once I passed those three I had to give a panel style presentation to an audience of six stakeholders. The topic of the presentation was to present their own product to them, so you know I couldn't BS my way through. They were more focused on how my brain works, how I organized the content, delivered the content, and my overall presentation methods. Obviously I would not be an expert on the product, so cramming the night before with all that information wasn't fully necessary (but still helped).

Pergunta 1
How have you conflicted with other people/teams in your organization and overcome it, what did you learn?
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
