The interview process was great. It started with an initial round of traditional interviews followed by a chance for me to demo the software to a panel of 8 Salesforce solutions engineers who were playing the role of customers from a well defined Case Study. The software demo really gave me a chance to show that I could do the job. I had over a week to prepare and was paired with a Salesforce mentor who helped me through the preparation process. It was a much better way to determine if I had the required skill to be successful in the role. Traditional interviewing would not have been so effective. Additionally, the HR recruiter that I worked with was very supportive.
