Worst Interview process have ever seen.Iam not sure why was a contractor (who is not a full time employee) sitting in interview panel.That person was very intimidating & unprofessional.Needs proper training before sitting in a interview panel.Most of the Team members were good except few. Salesforce really need to look at interview policy abuse by some teams.The contractor who was in interview panel was not on the list provided by the interview co coordinator.In the whole interview process,no proper explanation of the role they were looking for.Some of the questions were totally illogical & unrealistic
