I interviewed with the hiring manager and their manager for two different roles after an initial screening call with the recruiter. The initial referral came from a senior executive so the recruiters screening call was more about the process than to screen me. I initially interviewed for one one role but agreed to another. I had 5 formal and 2 informal interview. It was important for everyone that the role was a good fit and ensured the job would be successful. I was very impressed with everyone involved and was able to have open and candid discussions to ensure we were al on the same page.

Various rounds, with fit questions, questions on knowledge about the industry and specific questions for the role each time. Some specific technical interviews during the process. Feedback given between rounds. Very well structured, people are very nice
