Referred internally. First stage was a recruiter screen, followed by three 30 min video interviews (2 with direct team members, 1 with a colleague from another domain), final round was a large final project / presentation on site

Video interviews all behavioral / cultural / high level execution - i.e. Why Salesforce, how do you deal with conflict / create alignment, project you’re proud of, etc..
Presentation was effectively a product proposal - what features would you build, how would you prioritize, write user stories, build a mock / prototype, roadmap etc...1hr presentation to various stakeholders (design, product, eng, etc).
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
