I applied for the position online and a recruiter reached out to me the next day. I had 30-minute phone calls with two recruiters. After that, I moved along to the next step of the process which was an in person interview. The in person interview consisted of two parts. The first part was with 2 managers and they asked more situational questions. The second part was with two members of the team and they asked more social questions. After that, the last step was a 30 minute phone call with the director who asked many questions similar to the situational part of the interview.

First point of contact with recruiter. Very complete introduction to the company and briefing about the process to come. Then assessment day which lasted about 2.5 hours. Interviews with 2 managers, then mock up call and finally another call with a Director. Very clear process and assessment seemed fair.
