This was by far the best interview experience I had in my career. The recruiter, the recruiting coordinator, the interviewers were all so prepared and professional. There was an initial screening with the recruiter on the phone briefing me about the role and expectations followed by 3 video interviews, 2 with peers and 1 with the Director. This was followed by a pay discussion. The entire process took 6 weeks.

The interview process was outstanding, and the recruiting team demonstrated a high level of organization throughout. It started with an initial phone screening that covered basic qualifications, followed by a comprehensive video meeting with a peer, allowing for an in-depth discussion of my experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
