Entrevista
The process took 2 weeks in total. I've first got a call from the director of the area here in London (CSG), after an internal referral from an ex-colleague. After this initial screening call, I went for a 1:1 meeting with the director, basically for him to share an overview of the role and for me to talk about my past and aspirations for the future. After that, I had another 3 interviews by phone: with a local manager, with a senior technical architect and with an internal recruiter from Germany. Finally (at the second week), I had to present a business case study for the director, the manager and the senior technical architect at the office -- basically, I was given a document with limited information about a hypothetical client, had 1h to study it and prepare a presentation, then 1h to present. During the presentation, the panel (simulating a real client) asked me typical questions about the recommended implementation approach. I have used PowerPoint to create a quick deck and some Xmind mind maps.

What would be the main output of discovery workshops?
3 rounds with one panel interview First two were one to one and final was a panel with three interviewers. Initial phone call with recruiter. Interview timeline was 2-3 months.

Entrevista
I was a multi step process of screening, hiring manager, individual assessment interviews and a final case study panel interview. Everyone was friendly and intelligent. Hiring manager followed me and prepared me for each stage of interviews and offered assistance on preparing for the final panel interview. The whole process felt less like a test and more like a collaborative due diligence. Both introducing me to Salesforce but also gauging my fit for the organization. It can be intimidating to do panel interviews with your peers or even those you might call potential mentors but everyone was positive and engaged the whole way.
