I appreciate the transparency and thoughtfulness that occurred throughout the interview process. I interviewed for 3 positions before I was hired. During the entire process, the recruiter proactively kept me updated. When I did not get the first two positions, the recruiter was open with why I did not get the position, and encouraged me to apply to other positions that I was interested in. How I was treated during the interview process increased my desire to work for Salesforce.
