It started with a phone screen with the recruiter. If that phone screen went well, then you move onto a 1.5 video interview (usually in person I believe, but this was during COVID-19 shelter in place). Prior to the video interview, the recruiter preps you with a study guide and has a short follow up call, to make sure you are ready. The video interview consisted of 30 min peer review with fellow ADRs and then 1 hour more serious review with the hiring managers. Next step from there is a 30-45 min call (or video) with the director, approximately 24-48 hours after. Prior to this last call, the recruiter again sets you up for success with tips. If all goes well, the last step is the recruiter following up with your offer.
