Entrevista
First interview was with the recruiter, and then with the person in the role, and the last one was with the hiring manager. They were all nice and pleasant and everything seemed great in the process. I actually thought I had one of the best interviews I ever had. After the last interview, I did not hear from them for the next 2 weeks. I reached out to the recruiter and he said he will get back to me by the end of the week. It has been more than another 2 weeks now, and they never got back to me. Not even a decline email was sent. I am pretty disappointed as I heard so many great things about the company and the interview process. They re-posted the position once again, so I guess I didn’t get the job but I wish they give me some type of answer to show respect to the candidate. First company that never got back to me after the interview.
he process was smooth and well organized, I felt prepared throughout; although the interviewer was challenging, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider the opportunity seriously if offered.

Applied the application online. Got the call from recruiter then the next rounds like Hiring Manager, Technical discussion, panel rounds with business, partners and presentation are scheduled for 3 weeks. i have joined on last week.

Well run, transparent. Recruiter then hiring manager. A surprisingly pleasant experience! I didn’t get an offer but I got a lovely, very personalized email from the recruiter saying to keep trying and they liked me but not for this role. Compared to every other recruiting experience I have had, this was great. Clearly a focus on fit during the interviews.
