A detailed, extensive and thorough experience. I enjoyed every step of the way to get to know my future colleagues. The process consisted of phone calls and video chat due to corona virus.

A couple of initial information phone calls were followed by phone interviews with peers and managers to assess my fit for role. Then an in person panel interview was scheduled where I presented some of my own previously created material 'in role' as if I was presenting to the leadership of a company. We had a couple of short preparatory calls before the panel interview where we discussed approaches to Enterprise Architecture that informed the content of the panel interview.
