If it’s a well being exercise, there are a few levers to pull:
Encourage more water consumption
Set rewards or recognize teammates
Encourage cutting meetings by 25%
Discourage working after hours or on weekends
No super early or late meetings
Don’t reward behavior that negatively impacts well being or perception of work life balance
Create an inclusive culture

Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
