I applied through the Salesforce website directly, but I also had a friend who worked at the company who told me the name of the recruiter who hired for the role that I desired. I looked him up on LinkedIn and he contacted me within a few days. We had our first phone call about 7-10 days after I applied, and then I was scheduled to come in for an onsite interview about 10 days later [there was a long weekend for Thanksgiving in between]. I interviewed onsite on a Friday, and by Monday I received my job offer and start date. I was moving states and the Christmas holidays were coming up, so my start date was about 4-5 weeks out, but I've heard it's a lot sooner if you apply during a different time of year (no company holidays or long weekends in between, etc).

The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening, followed by two rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and team members. The questions focused on sales experience, problem-solving skills, and situational responses. The process was well-organized and communication was prompt throughout.
