I had a really positive experience with both the recruiting team and the legal team. I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter. After that, there were 3 back-to-back interviews with members of the legal team (1 panel interview with 2 individuals, and 2 individual interviews). All of those interviews were 30 minutes. The process took about a month from the screening interview to the offer notice - a quick turnaround after each interview that I really appreciated. The questions were a mix of behavioral questions and resume-focused questions all looking to get at my motivations and interest in the company and program.
