First Interview: The employer invites the candidate for the first round of interviews, which may be conducted in person, over the phone, or through a video call. The purpose of this interview is to get to know the candidate better, evaluate their skills and experience, and assess their suitability for the job.
Took a bit longer with scheduling - but otherwise pretty smoothe. Call with a couple recruiters then an onsite with some of the managers. Lots of behavioral and situational questions

Fair interview process with 4 stages, precise recruiters, the company provided additional support for preparation with materials, extra call with the recruiter before the case, . Doable process but you need to be really well prepared to show that you are the one they want.
