Many interviews with different people and a panel at the end , with a business case and to show knowledge of managing a sales team as a front line sales leader

It was quite well structured and managed, nothing surprising. First recruitment person, then team manager. Atmosphere was friend and relaxed, well above average compared to many others. Good experience in total.
