Met with HR and then passed to manager. Both rounds were great but unable to proceed to round 3. Last question was about how much relevant work experience I have and they didn’t seem too impressed with internships or experience in college and before.

Q: How can you transition your past work experience for this role?
Took a bit longer with scheduling - but otherwise pretty smoothe. Call with a couple recruiters then an onsite with some of the managers. Lots of behavioral and situational questions

Fair interview process with 4 stages, precise recruiters, the company provided additional support for preparation with materials, extra call with the recruiter before the case, . Doable process but you need to be really well prepared to show that you are the one they want.
