It was hard to get the interview, but when i got it the process were handled very professional and trough a structured approach, which were shining fairness. There were only 3 rounds, but the amount of prep you have to do for the panel interview should not be ignored.

Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
