Open House, easy, meet four people, they are HR assistant, HR manager, Branch Manager and executive team member. They are very nice, no tricky questions at all. I failed on the online assessment, or I definitely work for this group.

It was straightforward. Applied online. Got a call to schedule a in-person interview with the branch manager. Questions were simple. Come prepared with answer about questions regarding customer service. Also emphasize your ability to upsell products and services the bank offers. That will really catch your interviewer's attention.
