Met the company recruiter through my school and 2 interviews took place there as well about a month later. First interview was with the recruiter and a branch manager and then the second interview was with a different branch manager and her assistant manager. Felt like both went well. Met with the Regional Manager in Newark for final interview. Ended up not getting an offer. Reached out to recruiter a couple of times but received no replies. Received a generic turn down email 4 weeks after the final interview. I think I deserved a little bit of courtesy with a proper email reply from anybody I met up with. I even went as far as asking what could I have done better or what qualifications other candidates had that I don't meet and there were no replies at all. Not getting this position hurt but the company recruiter's discourtesy made me realize that it is not a company I want to work for.
